Premier Coaching Service Agreement

Signature Coaching – Premier Access Tier 

Effective upon enrollment

1. Program Overview

By enrolling in Premier Coaching, you are committing to a 12-month coaching and professional development program through Signature Real Estate Group and Brandon Roberts Coaching. This program is designed to elevate your performance through accountability, mindset training, business strategy, and personalized coaching.

As a Premier Coaching participant, you will receive:

• 40 one-on-one weekly coaching sessions via Zoom or similar platform 

• Strategic guidance tailored to your personal and professional goals

• Direct access to your coach for support between sessions (email, text, or voicemail)

• Access to Signature Coaching events and community resources

2. Your Responsibilities

• Coaching is a collaborative partnership. Your growth depends on your consistency, openness, and execution.

• You are responsible for your actions, decisions, and outcomes throughout this coaching journey.

• You agree to attend scheduled sessions, participate fully, and remain coachable throughout the program.

• This agreement is non-cancellable, though you may request a reassignment to a different coach if needed.

3. Coaching Fee

As a participant in Premier Coaching, you agree to:

• Pay 10% of gross commissions earned during the period of enrollment directly to Brandon Roberts Coaching 

• This fee applies to all closed transactions during your active enrollment period

• Payments may be processed through escrow or arranged directly with Brandon Roberts Coaching or Signature Real Estate Group

4. Coaching Sessions

• You will receive 40 scheduled coaching sessions during your 12-month enrollment

• Sessions are scheduled collaboratively and conducted via Zoom

• Sessions may be recorded and shared for your reference. It is your responsibility to download and store any recordings you wish to retain

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled (exceptions made for emergencies)

5. Confidentiality

All information shared in coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. However, the coaching relationship is not legally privileged. Disclosures may be made if required by law or to prevent harm.

6. Term & Renewal

• This agreement is valid for 12 months from the date of your first scheduled session

• It will automatically renew for another 12-month term unless canceled in writing at least 30 days before expiration

7. Termination Policy

• Either party may terminate this agreement with 90 days’ written notice 

• All coaching fees will remain due and payable on commissions earned through the termination date

8. Limitation of Liability

Brandon Roberts Coaching makes no guarantees of specific results. Liability is limited to fees paid under this agreement. Neither Brandon Roberts Coaching nor Signature Real Estate Group is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed in good faith through mediation. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

10. Entire Agreement

This document represents the full agreement between you and Brandon Roberts Coaching regarding your enrollment in Premier Coaching. No verbal or external agreements supersede the terms outlined here.
