Elite Access Service Agreement

Effective upon enrollment

1. Program Overview

By enrolling in Elite Access, you are committing to a 12-month coaching and professional development program through Signature Real Estate Group and Brandon Roberts Coaching. This program is designed to support your business growth, mindset, accountability, and leadership development through a high-level coaching partnership.

2. Your Responsibilities

• Coaching is a professional partnership. Results depend on your consistency, coachability, and personal effort.

• You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

• You agree to engage fully, remain open to feedback, and uphold the standards of the Elite Access program.

• This agreement is non-cancellable. However, you may request to be reassigned to a different coach if needed.

3. Coaching Fee

As a participant in Elite Access, you agree to:

• Pay 5% of gross commissions earned during the period of enrollment directly to Brandon Roberts Coaching 

• This fee is payable on all closed transactions during your active enrollment period

• Payment may be made through escrow or as otherwise arranged with Brandon Roberts Coaching or Signature Real Estate Group

4. Confidentiality

Your coaching relationship and all shared information will be treated with strict confidentiality. However, please note that this is not a legally privileged relationship. Disclosures may be made if required by law or to prevent harm.

5. Term & Renewal

• This agreement begins upon enrollment and remains in effect for 12 months.

• Unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice prior to expiration, the agreement will automatically renew for another 12-month term.

6. Termination Policy

• Either party may terminate this agreement with 90 days’ written notice.

• Coaching fees will remain payable on all commissions earned through the effective termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability

No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes. Brandon Roberts Coaching and Signature Real Estate Group are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to coaching fees paid.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disagreements will be handled in good faith through mediation. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

9. Entire Agreement

This document reflects the entire understanding between you and Brandon Roberts Coaching regarding your participation in Elite Access. No outside verbal or written representations will alter the terms of this agreement.

✅ I have read and agree to the terms of the Elite Access Service Agreement, including payment of 5% of commissions earned during enrollment to Brandon Roberts Coaching.
